Privacy, terms & disclosure
How Snagfit handles your photos, the terms for using the app, and how it's paid when you buy something. Plain language, no fine print you need a lawyer to read.
Affiliate disclosure
When you tap "buy" on an item, Snagfit sends you straight to that retailer's own product page in a new tab. Snagfit does not currently earn a commission, a referral fee, or any other payment from that link or from your purchase. If that changes in the future, this page will say so plainly and any paid link will be marked as sponsored where it appears, in line with FTC guidance on endorsements and disclosures (16 CFR Part 255).
Snagfit is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any retailer or brand shown in your search results. Product listings come from public shopping search data, not from a paid placement deal.
Privacy
A photo you upload is sent to Snagfit's detection service only to identify the garments in it. It is not published, posted, sold, or shown to any other visitor. Snagfit does not require an account, so no name, email, or profile is created or stored to use the app.
The site uses standard server logs (like any web server) to keep the service running and to catch errors. It does not sell personal data to third parties. If analytics are added later, this page will name the tool and what it tracks.
Terms of use
Snagfit is provided free, as-is, with no account and no subscription. Garment matches are generated by AI and by shopping search results, so an exact match is not guaranteed. Always confirm price, size, and availability on the retailer's own page before buying, since Snagfit has no part in that purchase or in fulfillment, returns, or customer service for anything you buy.
Using Snagfit means you agree not to upload a photo you don't have the right to use, and not to use the app to scrape, resell, or republish its results at scale. These terms may be updated as the app grows; the date at the bottom of the homepage always reflects the most recent change.
